 About the Author
Suresh K. Sharma is currently Professor and Vice Principal, College of Nursing, Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana, Punjab, India. He is a nurse educationist with doctoral nursing degree from Punjab University, Chandigarh, India, and an RN at California Board of Registered Nursing, California, USA. A recipient of Gold Medals during bachelor and master nursing degrees he has also received the Florence Nightingale Award – 2001. He has taught undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral program nursing students and is also active internationally through his association with Liverpool John Moores University, UK, as external advisor. He has acted as invigilator for South African Nursing Council, Pretoria, South Africa, and has been in academic association with the prestigious universities of USA. He is a member of 15 different international and national nursing associations and is also the fellow of International Network for Doctoral Education in Nursing and Sigma Theta Tau International, USA. He is also the editor of various international and national nursing journals including the International Journal of Nursing Research. He has been a prolific writer with publication of more than 30 original research papers and 4 textbooks.
Reena Sharma is an academician in the field of education. She has obtained her M.A. in political science, M.Phil. in Gandhian thought, and M.Ed. with specialization in Educational Technology from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. She is a poignant writer, who has published original scientific papers and articles in the field of education in international and national journals. She is active in participating and contributing to the academic developments across the educational fraternity.
