Elsevier India announces the first book that embraces MCI NEW TREND for PGMEE
Medical Council of India (MCI) in earlier discussions have stated that there is a need for common entrance examination, i.e., National Eligibility Entrance Examination (NEET). In March, MCI had suggested distribution of marks would be as per relevance of the subject, with clinical subjects carrying more weightage than pre- and para-clinical subjects. This is to ensure uniformity across the country, set a minimum standard for all medical professionals and is convenient for the candidates apart from taking care of malpractices. This MCI Committee was formed to restructure the PG  examination pattern to emphasize assessment of decision making and clinical skills.

Considering the changing dynamics of the examination pattern, Elsevier India—the world’s largest medical information provider to healthcare professionals—announces the first-time ever book on PG Medical Entrance Examination “SPEED MCI NEW TREND” that completely embraces MCI PG Curriculum Committee recommendations. This book has been authored by Dr. Senthil, Director of Speed Medical Institute. Speed was started in the year 2002 at Chennai by Dr. Senthil for students preparing for competitive exams. Speed now has successfully entered its ninth year and has helped several students in attaining their target of admission in PG course.

The book is available for pre-orders. Call/SMS <SPEED> +91- 8527622422.
